The division functions as part of the Management Division of Regional and Interdepartmental Cooperation in the Field of Hematology.
The Organizational and Methodological Division for Work with the Constituent Entities of the Russian Federation was established in 2021 on the basis of organizational, scientific and methodological guidelines for the provision of medical care in the profile "hematology" and functions as part of the regional management division.
The staff of the division implements activities for certification of the hematology service of the Russian Federation, organizes field events in specialized medical organizations in the constituent entities of the Russian Federation to study and analyze the organization of medical care in the profile "hematology", and develops and improves accounting, including statistical forms.
MAIN AREAS OF ACTIVITY
Organizational and methodological guidance of regional, republican, and district medical organizations of the constituent entities of the Russian Federation or medical organizations performing their functions, according to the “hematology” profile:
- organization of work with executive authorities of the constituent entities of the Russian Federation and medical organizations of the constituent entities of the Russian Federation
- preparation of the regulatory framework for the organization of the work of specialists of the NMRC for Hematology in the constituent entities of the Russian Federation (agreements, contracts)
- analysis of the organization of hematology services in the constituent entities of the Russian Federation through field work, remotely using medical information systems and federal statistical reporting data
- assessment of staffing in the "hematology" profile in the constituent entities of the Russian Federation
- assessment of the availability and monitoring of the quality of maintaining registers and of diseases in the profile "hematology" in the constituent entities of the Russian Federation
- formation of a database of third-level medical organizations in the profile "hematology" of the constituent entities of the Russian Federation (Passport of the hematology service)
- ranking of regions with the allocation of those with a primary need for the curation of the NMRC for Hematology
- participation in the preparation of current and final analytical reports on the performance of the NMRC for Hematology in its functions in the main areas of activity
- preparation of proposals of regulatory legal documents at the Federal level
- analysis of regional regulatory legal acts regulating the work of the hematology service of the constituent entities of the Russian Federation
