18.06.2026“I’ll Die, But I Won’t Give Up My Kidney!”Daria Barkovskaya is an IT project manager. Seven years ago, she needed a bone marrow transplant. Her donor was her mother, Elvira Barkovskaya, a paramedic. They are participating in the Project “I Will Live!” together.
Ten years ago, Daria Krasnova was diagnosed with primary mediastinal large B-cell lymphoma. Her daughter was four years old at the time. The road to recovery was not easy. She compared her treatment to her own personal Olympics. Daria shared her story of illness and recovery as part of the Project “I Will Live!”.
The results of the study were presented as a poster presentation at the annual congress of the European Hematology Association (EHA), which took place in the Swedish capital from the 11-14th of June 2026.
11.06.2026Stand Up and WalkAlexei Bagirov is 36 years old. He had barely turned 18 when a small lump appeared on his side. At first, no one paid it any attention, but the “lump” began to grow rapidly, and very soon the young man could barely walk. Alexei shared the story of his illness and recovery in the Project “I Will Live!”
The story of Adelina from Tashkent, for whom transplantation became an important step on the road to recovery.
04.06.2026The Art of Living in the NowAlina Grigorieva learned about the Project “I Will Live!” last year, when she had the opportunity to meet her bone marrow donor. Acute myeloid leukemia, a transplant, three years of remission — and today, Alina herself is participating in the project.
Alexander Gaskov, who has CNS B-cell lymphoma, received five lines of CAR-T therapy in combination with bispecific antibodies. He is the first patient with a resistant form of the disease to respond to these molecules, paving the way for other patients.
04.05.2026Hematology Unites the CISFor the first time, the inaugural meeting of the Public Council under the Basic Organization of the CIS Member States in the Field of Hematology took place during the Joint VIII Congress of Hematologists and V Congress of Transfusiologists.
From the 16th to the 18th of April, the Joint VIII Congress of Hematologists and V Congress of Transfusiologists of Russia took place at the Congress Center of the World Trade Center, bringing together over three thousand specialists from a dozen countries.
