DIVISION OF LEGAL PROTECTION OF INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
The Division of Legal Protection of Intellectual Property is part of the legal service of the Federal State Budgetary Institution "NMRC for Hematology" of the Ministry of Health of the Russian Federation.
In its work, the division is guided by the Civil Code of the Russian Federation (Part Four), as well as other regulations governing the organization of inventive and patent work.
The main task of the division is to protect the interests of the NMRC for Hematology of the Ministry of Health of the Russian Federation in the field of intellectual property.
The main activities of the division include:
- identification of promising and priority protectable results of intellectual activity created in the Federal State Budgetary Institution "NMRC for Hematology" of the Ministry of Health of the Russian Federation;
- implementation, together with the authors of the official results of intellectual activity, of the preparation and execution of documents for the grant of a patent or certificate;
- conducting patent research (patent search) in relation to created service inventions, utility models, industrial designs and conducting a search to identify similar and identical trademarks;
- implementation of accounting and records management in the field of intellectual activity results;
- participation in the preparation of proposals for the conclusion of license agreements for the results of intellectual activity, the rights to which belong to the FSBI "NMRC for Hematology" of the Ministry of Health of the Russian Federation and their further registration with the Federal Executive Authority for Intellectual Property;
- ensuring legal protection of the interests of the Federal State Budgetary Institution "NMRC for Hematology" of the Ministry of Health of the Russian Federation on issues related to the results of intellectual activity.
