Zalina Fidarova graduated from the Moscow Medical Academy named after I.M. Sechenov, Faculty of Military Training. After completing her clinical residency, she remained working at the NMRC for Hematology. In 2016 she defended her thesis for the degree of Candidate of Medical Sciences in the specialty, Hematology and Blood Transfusion with the thesis, "Detection and Monitoring of Paroxysmal Nocturnal Hemoglobinuria Clone in Patients with Aplastic Anemia."
In 2018, she was appointed head of the Department of Chemotherapy for Hemoblastosis and Hematopoietic Depressions with Day Hospital. She has been the head of the Department of Hemoblastosis and Hematopoietic Depression Chemotherapy with Bone Marrow and Hematopoietic Stem Cell Transplantation Unit since 2022
She is an active participant in international and Russian conferences devoted to the problems of depression and aplasia of hematopoiesis, making both oral and poster presentations.
She has written more than 30 publications devoted to topical problems of aplastic anemia and is one of the authors (team led by Doctor of Medical Sciences, Professor, Elena Alekseevna Mikhailova) of clinical recommendations for the diagnosis and treatment of idiopathic aplastic anemia, published in the journal Hematology and Transfusiology, and posted on the website of the Ministry of Health of Russia.
Research interests of Zalina Fidarova: bone marrow insufficiency, aplastic anemia at various stages of the course of the disease and treatment, immunosuppressive and chelation therapy of patients with hematopoietic aplasias,paroxysmal nocturnal hemoglobinuria, diagnosis and treatment of hemoblastosis, differential diagnosis of anemia
