The division functions as a part of the Center for Innovative Medical Education.
The main task of the division is the organization and methodological support of the educational process in programs of additional professional education — programs of professional retraining and advanced training.
THE MAIN FUNCTIONS OF THE DIVISION:
- development of local regulatory and legal documents of the NMRC for Hematology in the field of additional professional education;
- development of additional professional education programs for healthcare professionals with higher medical education, for specialists with secondary professional medical education, for specialists with higher (non-medical) education, for university teaching staff;
- planning and organization of admission to additional professional education programs;
- organization and implementation of training programs for additional professional education;
- organization and control over the certification of additional professional education programs;
- organization of the analysis of qualitative learning outcomes and effectiveness of education, development of proposals for improving forms and methods of teaching.
