Galina A. Klyasova - Head of the Division of Microbiology and Antimicrobial Therapy, head of the Antimicrobial Drugs Clinical Pharmacology Group, clinical pharmacologist, professor, Doctor of Medical Sciences.
Galina A. Klyasova graduated from the Gorky Medical Institute with a degree in general medicine in 1982 . She has been working at the National Medical Research Center for Hematology since 1989. In the period from 1989 to 1991, she completed her clinical residency training in the specialty "hematology" in the Department of Hematological Malignancies and Bone Marrow Transplantation of the Hematological Research Center (now NMRC for Hematology). She completed her postgraduate studies in the same department from 1991 to 1994. From 1994 to 1999, she worked as a researcher at the Department of Hemoblastosis and Bone Marrow Transplantation of the NMRC for Hematology.
In 2000 she was named the head of the Laboratory of Clinical Bacteriology, Mycology and Antibiotic Therapy at the National Medical Research Center for Hematology.
In 1995 she was awarded the scientific title of Candidate of Medical Sciences (diploma CT No. 011345 dated June 7, 1995), in 2010 - Doctor of Medical Sciences (diploma DDN No. 013305 dated April 02, 2010), and in 2011 - professor (diploma APS No. 001536 dated September 30, 2011).

Galina Klyasova is one of the leading experts in the field of research carried out in infectious complications in patients with tumors of the blood system. She is the coordinator of multicenter studies in Russia on infections in immunocompromised patients.
She annually presents research results at the International Infection Congresses in Europe and North America.
