Taking into account the seriousness of the epidemiological situation associated with the pandemic and need to take measures to stop the spread of the new coronavirus infection COVID-19, and in compliance with the decrees of the Mayor of Moscow and the mandates of the Chief State Sanitary Doctor of the Russian Federation with the aim of reducing the likelihood of the spread of the coronavirus COVID-19 infection, the following temporary restrictive measures have been introduced at the NMRC for Hematology.
- enrollment of patients is carried out on weekdays from Monday to Friday from 8:00 to 20:00, by phone only +7 (800) 775-05-82 and +7 (495) 612-45-51;
- Routine medical care is provided to patients with a normal body temperature and showing no symptoms of acute respiratory viral infections or community-acquired pneumonia. Taking into account the ongoing, unfavorable epidemiological situation, for your safety, as well as the safety of other patients, we recommend that you come for your hematologist appointment with a negative PCR test for COVID-19 from no more than 5 days ago. If you have already had the coronavirus infection or have been vaccinated twice against COVID-19, it is advisable to provide a certificate of vaccination and/or a certificate of the presence of COVID-19 antibodies.
- planned hospitalization to clinical units of the hospital, including day hospitals, is carried out only if there is a negative result of a PCR test for COVID-19 no more than 3 days before the date of hospitalization;
- if there are emergency indications for consultation and hospitalization in the "hematology" profile, it is necessary to contact emergency medical services;
- patients participating in clinical protocols at the NMRC for Hematology will be allowed access to the territory of the NMRC for Hematology according to a roll;
- in all other cases, patients should contact medical institutions based on their place of residence;
- if necessary, telemedicine consultations can be carried out with specialists from the NMRC for Hematology at the request of medical organizations to the Federal Telemedicine System of the Ministry of Health of Russia for a telemedicine consultation ( more details );
- the Laboratory of Clinical Bacteriology, Mycology and Antibiotic Therapy temporarily suspends the conduct of studies sent outpatiently and from other hospitals on a paid basis, without contracts. Research under contracts with the NMRC for Hematology will be carried out in full, with the exception of research on sputum and broncho-alveolar lavage fluid;
- the Pathology Department accepts consultative biopsy material, including by courier delivery, in the form of ready-made histological preparations and paraffin blocks only with the original referral, 057-U (a copy of the referral will not be accepted), copies of the passport, SNILS, medical insurance policy, with an extract from medical history or data from clinical laboratory and instrumental studies ( in more detail ). Biomaterials without the specified documents are temporarily not accepted;
- due to restrictive measures, the admission of visitors to patients who are undergoing inpatient treatment in the units of the NMRC for Hematology, as well as accompanying persons during outpatient visits by patients to the Polyclinic Department and day hospitals of the NMRC for Hematology is suspended;
- reception of transfers for hospital patients is carried out at the checkpoint;
- Due to restrictive measures, personal meetings with the heads of the NMRC for Hematology on issues not related to the treatment process are suspended;
- We remind you that patients and other visitors who have arrived from abroad within the last 14 days, as well as those who have had contact within the last 14 days (before visiting the NMRC for Hematology) with persons suspected of being infected, or persons whose diagnosis has been confirmed by a laboratory, must be self-isolated and not visit the NMRC for Hematology.

Biomaterial sampling for PCR testing for SARS-CoV-2 (nasal swab) is carried out from Monday to Thursday from 8:00 to 15:30, as well as on Friday and holidays - strictly from 8:00 to 11:30.
