Annually, the NMRC for Hematology treats about 5,000 patients with hemoblastosis and other diseases of the blood system and performs more than 1,500 surgical interventions, of which over 200 are bone marrow transplants. The NMRC for Hematology has scientific-clinical and clinical-diagnostic units, including:

Routine medical care is provided to patients with a normal body temperature and showing no symptoms of acute respiratory viral infections or community-acquired pneumonia. Due to the epidemiological situation regarding the incidence of measles in Moscow and the risk of introducing measles into medical institutions in Moscow, restrictions on planned hospitalizations in day and round-the-clock hospitals have been introduced at the NMRC for Hematology of the Ministry of Health of the Russian Federation.

High-tech Medical Care

High-tech medical care is part of specialized medical care and includes the use of new, complex and/or unique treatments, as well as resource-intensive treatments.

High-tech medical care is provided in accordance with the procedures and standards for the provision of medical care approved by the Ministry of Health of the Russian Federation and National Clinical Guidelines.

High-tech medical care is provided at the NMRC for Hematology in both day and round-the-clock hospitals.

The NMRC for Hematology accepts patients over the age of 18 from foreign countries. Medical assistance to citizens of foreign countries is provided in accordance with the Decree of the Government of the Russian Federation No. 186 dated 06.03.13.

Hospitalization at the NMRC for Hematology is carried out by the decision of the Medical Commission of the NMRC for Hematology. Referral to the Medical Commission is drawn up by the attending physician of the Polyclinic Department of the NMRC for Hematology.

The NMRC for Hematology provides high-tech medical care to citizens of Russia, included and not included in the basic program of compulsory medical insurance in accordance with the Decree of the Government of Russia No. 1403 of 19.12.16 "On the Program of state guarantees of free medical care to citizens for 2017 and for the planning period of 2018 and 2019", in accordance with the list of types of high-tech medical care rendered at the NMRC for Hematology within the established volumes.

I would like to express my gratitude to the hematologist, leading researcher and Doctor of Medical Sciences Nadezhda Ivanovna Zozula and hematologist Oksana Sergeevna Dmitrieva for their professional approach in the diagnosis and treatment of a rare coagulation disorder with a deficiency of factor XII, known as Hageman's disease. Nadezhda Ivanovna is a specialist who is really interested in understanding the problem, finding a suitable solution, and not just following the “protocol of the last century while being captured by an idea.” You have taken into account my fundamental right as an individual to self-determination and to receive full information about the treatment method. Along with the use of modern treatment methods, your actions reflected warmth and a sincere desire to help in a difficult situation in my life. Good afternoon! It's time to write a review, or rather, a big thank you to the Department of Hematology and Lymphoma Chemotherapy with Bone Marrow and Hematopoietic Stem Cell Transplantation Unit, headed by Evgeny Evgenievich Zvonkov, a doctor from God. He has assembled a team of professional doctors just like himself. The first time I came to the department for a consultation my heart was anxious. This I won’t deny. But after receiving the consultation, I came out with the hope that I would be cured here, inspired!!! I was admitted to the hospital, and I stayed in the department for treatment from the 15th of August to the 25th of December 2023. I completed 5 courses of chemotherapy and a stem cell transplant. I was treated by two excellent hematologists, Darya Aleksandrovna Koroleva and Olga Olegovna Shetsova, who made rounds twice a day and were in touch 24/7. I am grateful to my doctors for my recovery!!! GOD grant them good health for their attitude towards patients, because they are not just doctors, but specialists in hematology. I bow low to them. The department has excellent nurses who put in IVs, work night shifts, and are ready to rush in and help at first call. I would also like to note the work of the housekeeping staff in keeping the wards clean. The department, in the hands of Evgeny Evgenievich Zvonkov, is at the highest level.

I, L.D. Devyaterikova, came to you on 10.12.2024 for hip replacement surgery, and on 13.12.2024 a high-level operation was performed! As in many clinics, the entire institute has been beautifully re-equipped, but your specialists are of the highest category. The fact is is that I have a whole list of diagnoses that make it easy to refuse surgery. Unfortunately, many central clinics refused me, but I won't name which ones. I was told: “you will die on the table, even if you survive, the operation will not give you anything” and the like. Because I have multiple myeloma, liver transplantation, osteoporosis, an allergy to prosthetics, and most importantly, hemoglobin 68, I was told that no one in Russia would do this operation for me. And I believed that we have the best doctors in Russia. Then, E.N. Kolosova quickly called a council from V.E. Mamonov, M.M. Pisetsky, T.V. Vodolazskaya, and O.V. Shcherbakova - they studied my condition and decided: we will do it, do not be afraid, you will run. Yes, it happened, the general anesthesia was calculated so that the liver (transplant) was not even damaged, there was no rejection of the hip joint, but in another operation, not at the NMRC for Hematology, - a skin transplant, did not take root. Therefore, I waited exactly one month to monitor the status of my health, which at this point is EXCELLENT.

I would like to express my gratitude to hematologist Nikolai Viktorovich Andreev for his professionalism and attention to detail in diagnosing my disease.
From the first consultation, I realized that I had fallen into the right hands. I would like to note the careful approach to the study of my medical history. The doctor carefully analyzed all the data, including the results of previous examinations. He not only prescribed the necessary tests, but also explained in detail their importance for making an accurate diagnosis. His desire to get to the bottom of the problem and his experience working with similar cases helped him understand the situation and choose further tactics.
He explained the meaning of all the analyses in simple, understandable language and answered all of my questions patiently and in detail. He clearly explained the prescription of medications and gave detailed recommendations on taking those medications that were prescribed to me by other specialists. Now, all the main issues are closed. I only come in for appointments occasionally. As a result, I am very glad that I got to this specialist.
